The matchman火柴人

The matchman is brave and enthusiastic but afraid of water. He dreams of becoming a big firefighter all his life. Ms. Su Enpei, the founder of “Breakthrough Agency”, once expressed her encouragement to young people on a small bookmark: “Instead of cursing the darkness, it is better to burn yourself.” This sentence inspired the stick figure that there are many impossibilities in life. , these cannot be external, they may be internal, or even innate. Faced with all kinds of impossibilities, people often have two attitudes: one is to curse and criticize, so that the impossible will continue to become impossible; the other is to face it positively, so that the impossible can be transformed into possible changes. The life of a stick figure is based on “Instead of cursing the darkness, it is better to burn yourself” as the cornerstone, and a sentence from the Bible – “Be strong and courageous” as the driving force for persistence. In the process of “transformation”, it constantly changes the creation , make new discoveries about life and others, reaffirm yourself, and continue to move towards your dreams.

火柴人勇敢熱情但怕水，終日夢想做個大大隻的消防員。

「突破機構」創辦人蘇恩佩女士曾經在一張小書簽上道出對年輕人的勉勵： 

「與其咒詛黑暗，不如燃燒自己。」 

這句話啟發了火柴人， 生命中有許多不可能，這些不可能是外在的，也可能是內在的，甚至是與生俱來的。面對種種的不可能，人往往有兩種態度：

一是咒詛批評，使不可能繼續成為不可能；

一是積極面對，使不可能轉化成為有可能的改變。火柴人的生命，

就以「與其咒詛黑暗，不如燃燒自己」

作為基石，以《聖經》的一句話── 

「你當剛強壯膽」 作為堅持的動力，在「轉化」的過程中不斷對創造、對生命、對別人有新的發現，對自我重新肯定，繼續朝夢想進發。
